National Magazine Feature for Noolibird
Anne Kennedy of Noolibird has a full feature in June's edition of the new and exciting magazine With Kids http://www.withkidsmagazine.com/. This edition goes on sale from 17th May in leading W H Smiths, major supermarkets and larger newsagents.
Seems our member Anne is more than just supporting her daughter Nula's business, she is fully involved and brings a wealth of experience as she was the founder (along with hubby Fin) of Cloth Kits. Cloth Kits was a house hold name through the 60's, 70's and 80's providing wonderful make yourself clothing kits for all ages. It stirs many memories from those times and gives Nula a huge source of experience to call on for her exciting and original current business Noolibird. Seek It Out is very proud to be associate with those that made such an impact, especially in children's clothing, during that period - they added a whole new dimension to fashion, with their innovative ideas and fresh fun designs. Sure many will remember them well.

Julie McKeown wrote to me recently and asked us to sponsor her - agreed of course and it would be great if other businesses or invidiuals would like to help her raise money for this worthy cause. Julie as well as running Charity Races was a speaker at the recent WiRE conference in Shropshire and is a highly trained marketeer. So if Cancer has touched your life then help Julie to raise as much as possible
"I am running in the Cancer Research Race for Life at Shrewsbury on July 15th in order to make as much as possible to try and help eradicate this pernicious disease. I am running for my friend Jan who has lost both her father and brother from cancer and who has also had scares with her mum (who hopefully has recovered from 2 bouts). I am also running in memory of a dear friend, Mags, who lost her life recently after battling valiantly for a few years. If you wish to sponsor me please go to www.raceforlifesponsorme.org/sorath and make an online pledge. Anything that you can give will be very much appreciated and together we can give someone a future that otherwise would not have one. Thank You. Julie McKeown. 01597 840456 julie@sorath.co.uk"

3 June 2007 - a sad note from their website
It was with a great deal of disappointment that Allan phoned me this morning to tell me that TPR had to retire from the AZAB 2007. Unfortunately Roger sustained a serious shoulder/neck injury. They were tempted to carry on in the hope that he improved, but realistically knew that it would be fool hardy and put them both at risk as Roger can't sleep and is in a great deal of pain. So feeling very sad they turned the boat around and are heading back up to the Isles of Scilly where Roger will be treated for his injury.
