Churton Heath Farm Bed & Breakfast

Churton Heath Farm B & B is located to the south of Chester. Although it is
only 4 miles to Chester city centre, we are in the middle of quiet
countryside in the village of Bruera.

Bruera derives its name from the French word "bruyere", meaning "heathland". It is characteristic Cheshire farming land, dotted with cows, pigs and sheep, so you are assured of a calm and peaceful stay at Churton Heath Farm.
Grading has been applied for, and we are targeting a 4 star grading.

The brick-built farmhouse dates back to the early 1800's. It is set in a spacious garden down a long driveway, well away from the road. There is plenty of parking space with a separate drive for guests. Fields surround the farmhouse, so peace and quiet are guaranteed. You will have views across the fields from whichever room you choose.

The village of Aldford is only a mile down the road an easy and pleasant walk. Aldford is a pretty village, being part of the estate of the Duke of Westminster. The houses are all made of Cheshire red sandstone and are strikingly attractive with beautifully-kept gardens. The village pub, the Grosvenor Arms, is an excellent place to eat or just enjoy a quiet drink. It has a large garden and spacious seating, and a wonderful menu to boot.

Pets: we have two dogs - Biscuit, who's a very friendly terrier, and a black Labrador called Treacle, who is very affectionate. If you would like to bring your dog, that is no problem, but please let us know at the time of booking. We make a £5 a night charge if you bring any dogs, to cover the additional cleaning involved.
